Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must be unused, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will not be eligible for return or refund.
Non-returnable items include: Gift cards; Downloadable software products; Some health and personal care items; products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Returned items must be in perfect condition, complete, with labels still in place and in their original packaging. They should not be used, damaged, washed in any way, dirty, worn, with marks of deodorant, have smoke damage or smell of moisture. KRISTY BAKANO SAS reserves the right to accept the changes and returns with previous analysis of the case. For hygienic reasons, we do not accept changes of bodies, baby-dolls or underwear like panties or bikinis except when factory defects have been identified.
If you haven’t received a refund after the given timeline, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
The cost of shipping returns to KRISTY BAKANO SAS must be assumed by the consumer, just as it must assume the shipment of the new garment. Packages with payment against delivery are not accepted.
Products that have been purchased in any offer, sale or promotion will not be taken back or refunded.
