How do I make purchases?
- Go to our webshop
- Click on an item of your choice
- Select your options, like size and color (if applicable)
- Click on “Add to cart”
- Once you have added all the items you want to buy click on “View cart”
- Then you click on “Proceed to checkout”.
- You must then fill out the information that will appear on the form (If you do not fill in the data correctly, you will not be shown the payment methods available).
- Verify your order: Reference, Size, Color and Quantity.
- Select your preferred payment method.
- Tick the box I’ve read and accept the terms & conditions.
- Then click the “Place order” button.
- Then follow the instructions of your preferred payment options.
- If approved, you should receive an order confirmation by email.
What do I do if I did not receive my confirmation email?
- Check your inbox, your unwanted emails or spam, as it may be in one of these folders.
- If you still cannot find the confirmation email, then please contact our customer service by email firstname.lastname@example.org
What payment options do I have?
- At the moment we have PayPal and PayU.
- We recommend PayU for Colombia and Latin America, as it provides a wide range of payment options including all major credit cards.
- For the rest of the world we recommend the PayPal option.
Why can I not add items to my cart?
- If you do not see the option “add to cart” it is because the selected size or color is not available.
How do I know what my size is?

How much is the shipping?
- At the moment, we provide shipping within Colombia at a flat rate of about 14,900 COP.
- We are working on cheaper options for the rest of the world, but for now we only have express shipping at the cost of between USD $40 to $60 depending on the destination.
- Our estimated delivery times are about 10 to 14 working days. But longer periods may occur.
What do I do if I need to modify my order?

What should I do if I receive a defect product?
- Write us immediately by email to firstname.lastname@example.org, attaching photos of the article and a brief description of the defect.
- We will evaluate it and tell you the process to follow.
Are returns accepted?
- Returns can be made within the first 30 days of purchase.
- Returned items must be in the original condition and package.
- Items must not be used or washed and should be in good condition.
- No exchanges or returns are made on accessories, bathing suits, lingerie or underwear.
- Payments made with credit/debit cards will be back credited to your card if a return is approved.
